The app is aimed at providing employees the ability to "self-serve," or access their Human Resource and Payroll information at their convenience from the palm of their hand.
For years, human resource information systems have been largely transactional in nature. The MyGO mobile application flips that script by engaging employees through an intuitive and modern user experience and workflow that fundamentally changes the relationship between employee and employer. The app is available now and can be found on both Google Play and Apple Stores. MyGO is optimized for most major Android and iOS devices, and does require the employer to have a My Employer on the GO subscription to support employees' usage of the application.
