is pleased to announce the addition of Andy Thaw as Senior Vice President of National Renovation Lending. Andy, a 34+ year mortgage banking veteran has established himself as one of the industry's premiere authorities on FHA 203k
and Fannie Mae HomeStyle renovation lending. He has further cemented his reputation and credentials by writing numerous industry curriculums on renovation lending and as a NY State certified instructor, teaching Realtor continuing education classes for the Regional Board of Realtors.
In addition to speaking at countless Mortgage Industry events, he was a banking educator for the Capstone Institute in Atlanta Georgia and authored their book "Understanding 203k Financing". His renovation success has been seen on CNN and he has frequently graced the pages of Newsday and industry publications for over 30 years.
